CAA, founded in 1974, is a full service telecommunications consulting firm. Our mission is to identify and apply current and emerging telecommunications technologies for the benefit of our clients' business objectives. To accomplish these goals, we have assembled a staff of six telecommunications professionals, each member having a unique technology specialty i.e. voice/data integration, call processing/Interactive Voice Response (IVR), network engineering, and Internet applications.

Some of our major clients include Harvard Medical School (Center for Blood Research), Dunkin' Donuts, Veryfine Apple Juice, and The Museum of Science. Clients that have utilized our services to develop sophisticated voice/data telecommunications systems including satellite, fiber optics, LAN/WAN, and call processing include: Interleaf, Cognex, Avid Technology, and Hampshire College.
